19th April 2007 - Getting ready to slay the dragon for St Georges Day
So that we can get our act together for the St Georges camp this weekend and the annual St Georges Parade scouts will take place as normal this Thursday evening.
ST GEORGES CAMP! 20th - 21st April 2007
We are camping with Wadhurst at Whiligh on Friday night to Saturday evening. Cost to camp £10.00 per person
St Georges Day Parade - 22nd April 2007
This year we will do something different for St Georges day our parade through the village will be a reenactment of st george and the dragon with our cubs, scouts and beavers participating. There will be no church parade. We will meet at the village hall car park at 10:30am and parade up to the village square where we will act out the short st george play before going home. costumes are knights, dragon damsels and of course st George.

Centenary

This year there are lots of extra badges to earn for the 2007 centenary.
Why not bring a friend and if they join you get the bring a friend award.
The 100 challenge is running for cubs and scouts, and when you camp
this year you will get the centenary camp badge. Don't forget a £1
for the 2007 uniform badge.
