Step 3:
Now loosely fold the green end under the red end (green under red). It looks a little confusing but don't worry. Leave the green end so that it makes a loop and is not tight around the red one.

Step 4:

Now fold the green end over the red end ( green over red) so that it is longer than the folded strand. We are nearly there. Don't fold the ends too tight as this will make it easier to do the last bit.
