We need lots of adult help. Surprisingly enough everyone that does join in gets as much out of scouting as the young peoplethemselves. We organise activities for our leaders and helpers too. Recently we have been kite flying, all terrain skateboarding, climbing and of course the visit to the occasional watering house.

If you have been in scouting before then perhaps you might like to give something back to the movement. We always need leaders to give our beavers, cubs and scouts more support. Scouting offers young people a wide range of indoor and outdoor activities so why not join in for a few hours and become an instructor or helper.

If you can knit, make models, know how to play drums, make music, fly kites or even hanglide please let us know as we are keen to try anything big or small. Perhaps you know of a community project that we could help with. What you don't have any skills! No matter what you can offer, even providing transport or making drinks is as important as being a senior instructor.
